  • Holland & Knight LLC 31 W 52nd St New York, NY 10019 USA (map)

OBS: Updated content!
Special focus on A, E, L, O, and H type visas, both initial and renewals, as well as the process to apply for green cards and citizenship!

Immigration was perhaps the most hotly debated topic in the recently concluded U.S. presidential election. In a surprise upset, Donald J. Trump became the 45th U.S. President and immediately made good on a wide range of number of immigration restrictions. It is time to assess the election’s legal ramifications for the millions of legal and illegal immigrants currently in the United States, how the new administration’s policies might affect employers headquartered here and abroad, and the new stricter policies’ consequences for prospective U.S. residents.

Please join us as we explore the current state of affairs and expected future changes, and how you, your families and colleagues, and the Danish community may be affected.
