Meet the panel:
Martine Gram Barbry is Head of Trade at the Danish Ministry of Foreign Affairs’ Trade Council in New York. Martine has extensive management experience within the Danish Ministry of Foreign Affairs, having been Consul General in Hamburg and Executive Director for Innovation Centre Denmark in Hong Kong. Martine has in-depth knowledge of the workings of global public affairs, international trade, and trade diplomacy.
Sammy Einstein is the Head of Operational Planning & HR for Joe & The Juice, United States. He started his journey at Joe & The Juice 10 years ago as a juicer behind the bar.

Experienced leader with a demonstrated history of working in the apparel and fashion industry. Skilled in business development and digital project management across ecommerce, retail, and wholesale streams. Strong business and digital professional with a Master’s Degree in Information Technology and a passion for tech, fashion and contemporary culture.
The moderator, Steve Maggi is the founder of the firm SMA Immigration and Consular Law Attorneys. He is a Georgetown University Law Center graduate and has been working with foreign entrepreneurs, investors and companies for 18 years to realize their version of the American Dream. Steve has a long and successful track record of helping Danish companies navigate the choppy waters of U.S. immigration law, creating and executing their short-term and long-term immigration strategies, and has presented for the Chamber several times on immigration policy changes and successful visa strategies, both before and during the pandemic.
