Deborah Baron is the Head of the Global Families Group. She leads a team of advisors serving American based families living
abroad and International families who have business and personal interests in the United States. The team represents a center
of excellence for covering complex and multi-jurisdictional families and supports clients seeking a distinct value proposition
through U.S. products, booking and services.
Prior to this role, Deborah led the U.S. Client Service and Experience team for the U.S. Private Bank. In that role, Deborah was responsible for ensuring the delivery of a first-class experience for our clients across channels and touchpoints. Prior to rejoining J.P. Morgan, Deborah was product manager at Bloomberg L.P., where she was responsible for product development and client experience for the suite of functions that provide market intelligence, analytics, transparency and operational efficiency for the buy-side community. Prior to Bloomberg, Deborah spent seven years at J.P. Morgan in the Corporate & Investment Bank and as Chief of Staff to the CEO of Asset & Wealth Management.
Deborah is originally from Bogota, Colombia. She holds a BA from Brandeis University and an MBA from Harvard Business School. Deborah lives in New York City with her husband and three young children.
