We’re excited to launch the Women’s Leadership Circle and Mentoring Program with a special inaugural luncheon. This dynamic initiative is designed to provide a vibrant forum for professional women to connect, share experiences, develop leadership skills, and build business through networking, events, mentorship, and collaboration between Nordic and Baltic partners.

Join us for a celebration of women and leadership as we welcome Kristiina Helenius, CEO of Miltton, USA and bestselling author, as our keynote speaker.

In her talk, “Leading Across Borders,” Kristiina will share reflections from more than 30 years of leadership experience across Europe, Asia, and the United States. Through a warm and engaging narrative, she will offer powerful insights and practical lessons on leadership, influence, and global growth.
