The air is warming, the flowers are blooming, and it's time for the Danish-American Chamber of Commerce's annual Pinsefrokost/Whitsun Luncheon.

DACC is extremely excited to host this year's Luncheon at renowned chef Ronny Emborg's Two-Michelin starred restaurant Atera on May 17, 2024, from 11:45 a.m. to 3:15 p.m.

Chef Emborg, originally from Denmark, has been dubbed by some "The Wizard," and is considered one of the world's most talented and innovative chefs. He is known, in particular, for his signature approach known as the "sensory kitchen," in which particular attention is paid to exciting all five senses with the experience of each dish.

Chef Emborg has previously worked in some of Spain's most notable restaurants, such as el Bulli and Mugaritz; has worked as the executive chef at the exclusive Marchal in Copenhagen's D'Angleterre Hotel; has been at the helm of the Michelin starred AOC Restaurant; and has spent time as the personal chef to the Danish royal family.

Prepare for a fantastic culinary experience, as Atera will serve an exciting 8-course seasonal tasting menu for us.
